Participants will explore the brain science behind retention and working memory, learn how to model high-quality note-taking techniques, and apply visual methods that improve clarity, organization, and recall. Through practical demonstrations and interactive examples, attendees will gain actionable approaches to integrate into their instructional or professional responsibilities.
