
It’s All Greek to Me: ILLIad updates and OpenAthens

This workshop will provide an overview of the library’s interlibrary loan system, ILLiad, and highlight the updates made to the ILLiad, and the best practices for making successful requests.
Attendees will also be introduced to OpenAthens; what it does, how it operates, and how to use it for creating URLs for bibliographies and use in Elentra/Canvas.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the role and function of Interlibrary Loan services in expanding access to research materials.
- Describe the updates made to the ILLiad system.
- Describe OpenAthens’ function for library users.
