What can you do when you’ve not only lost your spark, but feel fried to a crisp? Burnout is a serious, chronic work-related issue that can leave you feeling drained and purposeless. One antidote: joy! This workshop will explore the meanings of joy and ways you can find it even during difficult times.

By the end of the session, learners will be able to:

  • Identify symptoms and causes of burnout
  • Target joy-based interventions to the root causes of burnout
  • Define their own sources of joy
