A More Inclusive ADDIE Model

All learners should have a safe, productive and inclusive space to learn regardless of race, sex, gender, religion, physical limitations. The importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is important and can be applied to courses using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE Model is  a well-known instructional design framework. Applying DEI to course design can make all students feel welcome and adds nine substages that bring DEI components into pedagogical practices.
