Activating Prior Knowledge: Learning Strategies for the classroom

There are many learning strategies to use in the classroom such as discussions, knowledge checks, and case studies. Other types will also be examined in this CETL session, such as anticipation guides that can help students use prior knowledge and be guided through the material they will be reading.
