Among Us: My journey from imposter to crewmate

…I’m surrounded by all these successful people who know so much….why did they hire ME?

…I can’t believe they think I know what I’m doing!

….what will they/I do if they find out I’m not as competent as I claim to be?

Do you feel like the imposter among us, just waiting to be uncovered? In this presentation, I will talk about my own battle with imposter syndrome and invite you to do the same. I will provide you with strategies that have helped me transform from an imposter to a crewmate and be more happy, productive, and less stressed at work.

• Discuss strategies to reframe negative thoughts
• Utilize tools provided to assess imposter-ness
