Workshop Objectives:
- Identify ways to employ a cognitive, thoughtful, and evidence-based method to elicit solid steps for moving forward after the debriefing session.
- List and describe effective tools for including the necessary affective and feelings-based environment surrounding the experiences of staff after an event’s conclusion.
- Describe the kinetic, animated, and dynamic aspects of a debriefing session will be explored to solidify understanding and help staff more effectively engage in the debriefing process and find long-term solutions for improvement.
