How Virtual Reality is already changing Healthcare

Dr. Ajit Sachdeva, Director of Education with the American College of Surgeons said “VR has reached a tipping point in medicine.”  “We are seeing more and more of this incorporated faster than ever before.”. Although Medical VR is a relatively new and wide field there are increasingly great examples of VR having a positive effect on patient’s lives and healthcare professionals. We will analyze some of these examples and explore possibilities within our community.
