This session supports faculty in building a habit of reflection during and after instruction by exploring methods for collecting student feedback. Faculty will examine simple tools and strategies to gather meaningful insights that enhance instructional decision-making, boost student engagement, and support continuous professional growth.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe common models of reflective teaching and their purpose.
- Identify appropriate reflective tools for use during and after a teaching session.
- Recognize how student feedback can inform reflective teaching at various stages.
