InteresTED – The Happy Secret to Better Work
December 3, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Psychologists have long challenged the premise that hard work and success brings one happiness. Although some may truly love what they do for a living, many of us however do it for a paycheck. The idea that one should work harder in order to be happier, is backwards thinking according to Psychologist, Shawn Achor. So, how can we motivate behavior to increase work productivity? In this TED Talk, we’ll explore how we can harness happiness to change the lens for which we view the world through, and bring out optimal productivity in our day-to-day work.
