Lean Six Sigma – Seven Basic Quality Tools and DMAIC Methodology

Seven Basic Quality Tools is a well-known industrial practice for process improvement. These tools are widely used in our daily assignments. OPI workshop will introduce the application of Seven Basic Tools in the framework of DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) methodology.
