March 5, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Hand holding light bulb with innovative and creativity are keys to success. Concept knowledge leads to ideas and inspiration.

As faculty do you think there are better ways to increase your students engagement and consequently increase their grades? As staff do you believe there are optimal ways to improve the student experience? Bring your dilemma and together by using the latest problem solving  processes such as Design Thinking, Gamestorming and User Experience design, we will challenge assumptions and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions.

What is?

Design Thinking is a systematic process of thinking which empowers even the most traditional thinker to develop new, innovative solutions to the problem at hand. Everybody can be creative by following this process – it’s human-centered creativity with purpose.

Gamestorming is a set of practices for facilitating innovation. A facilitator leads a group towards some goal by way of a game, a structured activity that provides scope for thinking freely, even playfully.

User Experience Design is the process of manipulating user behavior through usability, usefulness, and desirability provided in the interaction with a product.
