Seamless Workflows: Enhancing Productivity with MS Outlook & Office 365

In this session, faculty and staff will explore how MS Outlook seamlessly integrates with Office 365 apps like Planner, To Do, OneNote, and Calendar, to enhance communication, collaboration, and project management. Attendees will review key Outlook features, learn where and how to integrate Office 365 tools, and discover practical use cases to streamline workflows. Whether managing tasks, scheduling meetings, or organizing projects, this session will provide actionable strategies to maximize efficiency and teamwork.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize key features and navigation elements of the MS Outlook interface to efficiently access collaboration tools and integrations.
- List and define Office 365 apps (Outlook, Planner, To Do, OneNote, Calendar) to streamline project management and team collaboration.
- Identify where to integrate MS Outlook with other Office 365 apps (Planner, To Do, OneNote, Calendar) to manage communication, tasks, and schedules.
- Describe at least two use cases for leveraging MS Outlook with other Office 365 apps to enhance communication, collaboration, and project management.
