Supervisors’ Quick Guide to the 2023 Performance Evaluation Process

This year, WesternU HR is resuming the performance evaluation process using the PeopleAdmin system.  Supervisors will follow this process to provide formal feedback and staff employees will self-evaluate and reflect on their work.  Supervisors and employees will also set goals for the coming year.  This training will re-introduce this process, focusing on how to use the online PeopleAdmin form: where to click, what information to enter, and where to find more instructions on the 2023 Performance Evaluation Resources SharePoint site.
