Telling a Story with Data: Combining PowerBI and data visualization

Data has a story to tell, but are you telling it correctly? Are you using the best tool available? Or are you using the best visualization to get the story told.? Who doesn’t like a pie, but as a chart? Is serving pie the best way to visualize your data. Maybe a tornado is needed instead?

In this session attendees will be given a brief overview of MS PowerBI. They will be shown how to access PowerBI, and ways to get data into the program. We will also discuss the basics of choosing the correct type of chart to best represent your data.
