Throw Away Your To-Do List: Improving Your Personal Task Management by Using Microsoft Tools

An introduction to the use of Microsoft Planner for creating and tracking tasks. This presentation will feature a live demonstration of the use of MS Planner and its integration with other MS applications including Outlook, Teams, and To Do. Advantages over the traditional paper to-do list will be highlighted.

  • Create an online list of work tasks, integrating information from various electronic sources
  • Utilize Microsoft tools to efficiently manage their own work tasks
  • Develop a personal workflow which improves on a traditional paper to-do list
