In 2019, EDUCAUSE described ways in which digital transformation can provide a “grand strategy” to help institutions address higher education’s “grand challenges,” which are some of the most consequential and widespread concerns facing higher education. Now we present a new set of grand challenges and introduce a second “grand strategy” that complements digital transformation. Update your strategic arsenal with insights and advice from EDUCAUSE.
