Webinar | How Faculty Can Harness Generative AI for Enhanced Learning: Part 2

AI continues to gain significant attention in higher education, prompting faculty and instructors to rethink their traditional teaching methods. Although many educators have embraced AI’s potential, there’s a need for practical examples to help with implementation and assessment.
In Part 1 of his webinar, educational technologist Curtis Bonk, professor at the School of Education at Indiana University, presented dozens of ways educators can use ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms and tools while positioning their use in two of his widely used psychological frameworks, TEC-VARIETY and R2D2. Building on that session, Part 2 will showcase additional ways post-secondary educators are using AI to reflect on and improve their teaching. In particular, Bonk will feature dozens of unique activities intended to foster critical and creative thinking as well as learner collaboration and motivation.
