Start your day the right way! In this in-person session, we’ll explore how a balanced breakfast can support mental wellness. Discover simple, stress-free ways to make breakfast a mindful habit. Plus, we will review two easy, nutritious breakfast recipes to kick-start your mornings. Participants will even get to enjoy samples of these quick and easy recipes!
As you arrive, relax with mandala coloring page. Come hungry for knowledge and leave with practical tips (and snacks) to fuel your mind and body.
Location: CHS-NW Building – Student Commons Area (Make a right when you enter the building)
