Making Atomic Habits Work for You and Your Well-Being

May 28 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Well-being doesn’t come from big life changes, it comes from small, repeatable behaviors that actually stick. Based on James Clear’s book Atomic Habits, this session introduces a practical approach to improving well-being through simple, sustainable habits. Instead of focusing on major changes, attendees will explore strategies to support areas like stress, focus, and daily routines. Participants will also leave with one small, actionable habit they can begin using immediately.

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify key principles of continuous improvement as they relate to personal well-being
  • Recognize how habits are formed and sustained
  • Analyze common barriers that prevent sustainable habit formation in daily routines
  • Apply habit-building strategies to support personal well-being
