Plan with Purpose: Creative Organization for Mental Wellness (In Person – Pomona)

This interactive wellness session explores how intentional planning, and creative organization can support mental health at both work and home. Participants will learn how using colorful planners, stickers, markers, and simple crafting tools can transform organization from chaos into a calming and motivating practice.

Through guided discussion and hands‑on activities, attendees will discover how visual structure and creative expression reduces stress, improves focus, and creates a sense of control over daily responsibilities. The session will highlight practical methods for organizing tasks, tracking goals, and journaling thoughts in ways that feel personal and enjoyable. Participants will leave with strategies to build sustainable planning routines that support productivity while nurturing emotional well‑being.

**Attendees are encouraged to bring their planners, if you do not have one, a journal will be provided as a start to your planner journey, supplies will be limited**

Learning Objectives:

  • List at least three components of effective organization using a physical planner or journal to track daily tasks, monthly goals, and future planning.
  • Identify how creative tools such as stickers, color‑coding, and decorative elements can enhance engagement with planner organization.
  • Apply at least one creative element or technique on a personal planner to structure weekly or monthly goals.
