Join us for PDF Power Hour Part II, an extension of our previous CETL session that covered the basic elements of Adobe PDF. In this session, we will elevate our PDF technique by delving into the ‘Prepare Form’ feature. Participants will learn how to design a dynamic document by incorporating text boxes, applying calculations, and implementing a clear and submit button. This hands-on experience is designed to streamline your workflow and provide practical skills for more advanced PDF functionalities.

Learning Objectives:

1. Review and list the basic tools of Adobe PDF
2. Apply the Prepare Form action in PDF
3. Practice the appropriate tool functions to create: text boxes, check boxes, open field text box, drop down field, scoring, radio, clear and submit button
4. Employ the submit button on a PDF form to automatically email a form.
