The Art of Mindfulness: A Zentangle Workshop (In person – Pomona)

Take a breather from the busy academic pace and recharge with the “no mistakes” world of Zentangle. In this session, you will learn to create simple, repetitive patterns called “tangles” to achieve a state of relaxed focus and mental clarity—no artistic experience required. All supplies will be provided.
