This webinar explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping academic work, not by replacing educators but by augmenting their judgment, creativity and impact.

Rather than focusing on specific AI tools, this webinar reframes AI as a work redesign challenge. Drawing on real-world examples from leading universities, the session introduces a practical framework for understanding how AI is already transforming teaching, research and academic administration.
