Collaborative Conversations on Mindful Moments across WesternU

Join us for an engaging, collaborative session designed to foster connection, conversation, and practical strategies for prioritizing mental well-being in the workplace. This workshop creates a welcoming space for the WesternU community to explore how mindful moments can be intentionally integrated into busy, high-demand environments.
