WSC and CETL Presents: How to Complete the Stress Response Cycle

You can learn to release your stress when you understand how the Stress Response Cycle works. In this session we will learn about our reactions to stress , how the stress response cycle works, and what we need to do to complete the cycle so that our mind and body can relax. You can learn to do simple activities to release stress whether you have 5 minutes or half an hour. This presentation is based on a recent workshop talk given by Lisa-Paula da Silva, MSW, LCSW, CCTP-II from Samaritan Health Services.

- List simple activities that can help release stress within different time frames (e.g., 5 minutes, 30 minutes)
