Faculty effectiveness is gaining in importance for educators. Academicians have an important role in establishing policies and procedures that promote and document effective teaching beyond traditional measures of grade point, pass rate, and course completion. Through this workshop, attendees will be exposed to easy to implement tools that can address the why, how, and when elements of a faculty effectiveness plan.
